The communities we serve are nestled on the Cumberland Plateau, not far from the Cumberland Gap and its rich history.  There are ample hiking and biking opportunities, numerous waterfalls and plenty of places to rejuvenate in nature.  Some of our favorite nearby places are Indian Mountain State Park (which is right here in Jellico), Cumberland Falls State Park, and the Big South Fork National Recreation Area.  There are many road and trail races in our area for those who need to keep up their competitive edge.  The Cumberland River and Lake Norris offer boating and kayaking opportunities and the trails of Royal Blue offer off-roading adventures.

We are about an hour away from Knoxville and its cultural and recreational offerings, including Market Square, the Tennessee Theatre, the Knoxville Zoo, and the University of Tennessee.  In between us and Knoxville are Lake Norris, Norris Dam State Park, the Museum of Appalachia, and the unique antique shops of Clinton. A little further away, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park lies in all its grandeur.

About 40 minutes north of us, the small city of Corbin offers some unique restaurants and more shopping than our little town of Jellico. Along the way up to Lexington, which is about an hour and a half away, there is the lovely town of Berea with its artist and craftsman venues.

Be sure to ask us about our favorite adventures when you come for a visit!
