Dayspring Health, Inc. is a community health center founded in 1976 to provide quality primary care and obstetrics, to our region of Central Appalachia. We are members of Christian Community Health Fellowship (CCHF) and the Tennessee and Kentucky Primary Care Associations.
We offer full-spectrum Family Medicine, Obstetrics/Gynecology, and Behavioral Health in our three clinics in Jellico, Clairfield, and Williamsburg.
The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) has recognized Dayspring Health, Inc. as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home for using evidence-based, patient-centered processes focusing on coordinated care and long-term participative relationships.

Dayspring Health Inc. receives HHS funding and has federal Public Health Service deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
The health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and is a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(h)-(n).
